Had a cheese steak it was ok it did not have the Philly taste.but it had plenty of meat

Just thrilled to get our cold ass pizza 2 hours after we ordered it. Needless to say, we don’t make that mistake again.

Has been going downhill since I tried 10 months ago. Pizza not consistent...subs just sub par. Delivery a joke! Last 2 times 25 minutes past expected arrival time. Arrived cold...think I’m done!

Yeah, DoorDash was great! However, the young lady who answered the phone and put me on hold WITHOUT giving her name, as I asked, was rude and a completely incompetent person of dealing with someone you’ve upset. If you can’t deal with what you did wrong, and take fault, get out of customer service. Lol. NEVER AGAIN. FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME !!!!

Would give no stars if possible... Every. Single. Time. My order is wrong! I am so over this location and the people running it! They leave out whole sandwiches (even after repeating the full order back to me), pizza is always wrong or has no sauce on it. They never apologize or make it right the way they should. They’re not cheap and getting home to a wrong order or missing food is ridiculous! If you don’t check your order before you walk out it’s guaranteed to be wrong. Then, when you call them out for having it wrong, you sit and wait while the rest of the food gets cold. I shouldn’t have to wait twice as long while my food gets cold when I called in well in advance. Overall, this location is the worst. If you have another option, go elsewhere. You’ll be much better off!

I came in here to grab something to eat while waiting for my car to get an oil change at Pep Boys in the same plaza, no friendly greeting, no greeting at all when I came in the door. I ordered just a regular cheeseburger and drink, very sloppy made and put together, not at all worth the nine dollars I paid for it and a drink. I will never come here again, the owner of this business should seriously consider evaluating his employees.

Guy hung up on me and kept me on hold for several minutes.

WS pizza is great! Delicious pizzas, Philly cheese steak subs and more. My family has never had anything but excellent service here. Highly recommend! Not your average pizza joint. Good stuff.

Pizza (lunch special) was great...ordered fries and the grease was clean and fries were perfect. Clean...clean...clean! Guy at counter was really nice.

The food was amazing and the prices were fair. The place is very clean and enjoyable. There wasnt music playing but rather the news on the tv. A employee ran our food to us and checked back in. He also got us boxes and generally made the visit more comfortable. Everything came out in a respectable time.

Although the wait wasn't the shortest, it was worth it with the amazing pizza!

Guy who answers phone is completely rude, in person or on phone. Will repeatedly say "hold on please" answers...talks to someone in the background...then "hold on please." over and over again. Won't let you place your hands on counter top in the store. No hello, no thank you, this must be the on site manager or something because it's the only guy usually there. Not sure if this gentleman is racially discriminatory but, I've never experienced someone so rude for no reason to me in my entire life. White pizza also came out more like an all garlic pizza...I mean some garlic on pizza is ok...but giant pieces and whole cloves of garlic just dumped onto the pizza? Shame, I used to frequent this place. But this 1 guy ruined it. GO HOME PIZZA BOY AND GET A REAL JOB.

I just moved to this side of town so this is now the closest pizza place in town. I have ordered a couple times. Today I stopped in to pick up my order. The staff is awesome! The new guy in training was polite and helpful. The manager was top notch. I had many questions about the menu so that i would know what to order to feedmy family. And they abated my Quaid and gave me an array of welcome desserts for my kids. This is defiantly my new go to when I do not want to cook

Calzone was amazing

Food was good. Wings were crispy and bread for the Philly was nice and soft.

Ordered for my son's birthday and of course the pizza was great. Especially the ham and pineapple! I tried the wings for the first time and I was super surprised, they were awesome! I don't remember the young ladies name who helped me but she was super kind when I walked in. We will definitely be ordering from this location again.

I have ordered twice from this location and both times they were very late on their delivery. First time I had to wait an extra 45 minutes for my pizza to be ready this time I'm having to wait an extra 20 minutes, they are never done when they're supposed to be done. Never coming here again.

We ordered a pizza and provided the girl who answered our name, phone number, and address (multiple times) who then quoted us a 45 min wait. We waited for an hour & 20 minutes, called to see what the hold up was and were informed that our address did not exist (it’s 12 years old) and they left messages on our phone. There were no messages and the girl also apparently wrote our number down wrong. There was not a single apology and the manager was indifferent about the situation. Also we get to wait for the charge to come off of our card. Really disappointed because we liked the pizza but we won’t order again from incompetent people who do not care about customer service at even a basic level.

Ordered take out tonight at the Riverview store on Boyette. Pizza was fresh, hot and delicious. We also got an order of zeppole. Sweet and yummy. Highly suggest the Spicy Italian pie.

Picked up my order, Got home and realized that one of the bags said Publix opened it and what should have been my salad was actually an employee’s lunch then waited an hour for it to be delivered

My wife loves the calzones. Must have been an off day bc the calzone was loaded with pepperoni oil (so much we could squeeze it out) and they recommended the margarita pizza - which was like cheese bread. Could have just been a 1 time incident but it was my first time eating there.

I just tried their new cauliflower pizza crust and I just love love love it! For anyone looking for low carb or gluten free options this is a great choice! I believe the total carb count for the pizza crust is 18 and there are 6 slices, so you are looking at about 3 carbs a slice. Of course your toppings will determine the total carb count but I had the White Spinach Feta and it was delicious! Thank you to Westshore for being willing to try new things!

Overall, we had a great dining experience. Service was quick and friendly. Pizza was hot and good. I wish they had mixed all the toppings all over the pizza instead of just putting one topping per three pieces, not a fan of that. Our crust was burnt on the bottom as well. Atmosphere was amazing, however.

Pizza is absolutely delicious! One of the best I've ever had in the area. I have ordered from them for years. The quality of the food and delivery service time has improved tremendously.

I wish I am able to leave a zero star. I place my order at 8:00 PM, the young lady tells me about an hour wait which is fine. They arrive at 9:10 PM with the WRONG order. I tell the delivery guy this is not mines, he takes the receipt from my hands and it doesn't even have my address on it. So he leaves and I call the store to tell what's going on. Austin picks up and I'm explaining to him what's going on. Waited over an hour they come and it's the wrong order. He than tells me in a sarcastic way "well I can void out your order." Now what an the hell does that mean? That now I'm going to stay without food when I have kids waiting? He tells me no I said I'm going to give you your order for free. I ask to speak to the manager and he tells me I am the manager. Great! Because you suck. I will never order from these people again! Worst customer service!!

Always great and they go out of there way to keep it that way

That $5 pizza place beats the $16 pies of this place.. total disappointment.. maybe two table spoons of sauce on an 18 inch pie... instead of a ladle or two.. like in New York... then a few fistfuls of cheese on top sprinkled with olive oil.. where the herbs seep through and blend into a real pie... years ago they had an ok pie.. now its cardboard and low grade cheese... I know you got make a profit.. quality sells.. china not doing so goodanymore....

This was my first time ordering from WSP on Boyette, and I have to say, it was good. I usually order from Dominos (which is cheaper), but I would rather pay for a freshly made quality pizza. The garlic knots were delicious! I absolutely prefer these knots to Dominos cheesebread. My pizza (which was devoured) was Hawaiian with onions and half olives. The crust was perfectly crispy and foldable, a win for me. I'm very likely to choose WSP over Dominos for my next order.

Ordered a meat lover's pizza slice. The cashier was very friendly and service was speedy. Prices are reasonable and establishment is very clean. Highly recommend.
